No, he's not one of the Ramones. Lol. It's Guitar Wolf from a scene in one of my all time favorite Japanese movies--Wild Zero.
Rock n' roll, zombies, aliens, and true love. That's what it's all about.
To those of you who haven't seen it, Guitar Wolf is Ace's rock n' roll blood brother..and whenever Ace gets into a jam, Guitar Wolf is there with some handy advice..
